An inspiring start to a pioneering project with BarthHaas GmbH & Co. KG and Allgeier inovar GmbH

Last week, PASSION4IT GmbH and our partner company Allgeier inovar GmbH visited BarthHaas GmbH & Co. KG in Reichertshausen to give the official starting signal for the introduction of the new ERP system. The event took place in an idyllic setting on a beautiful farm and provided the perfect backdrop for productive discussions and intensive exchanges.

A successful start to a forward-looking project

In the morning, Christian Kirsch and Allgeier inovar presented the process and key success factors of the project. In addition to presenting the methodical approach, the main focus was on BarthHaas' expectations and strategic goals. The entire team was able to take a close look at the upcoming challenges and opportunities in order to ensure a smooth implementation of the ERP system.

Creative collaboration with LEGO® Serious Play®

In the afternoon, Florian Obermeier led an interactive LEGO® Serious Play® workshop in which the participants worked in four groups on the objectives and potential challenges of the project. Through creative work with LEGO models, different perspectives were discussed and joint solutions developed. The final presentation showed impressively that all groups came to a common result despite different approaches: With teamwork, clear priorities and coordinated competencies, the ERP implementation will be an exciting and successful project.

Culinary finale and team building

The physical well-being was not neglected either. After a varied lunch, we were treated to coffee and cake before the day ended in a relaxed atmosphere with a multi-course dinner and a cozy get-together around the campfire. This successful conclusion underlined the cooperative partnership and the joint commitment to the success of the project.
