Every mountain tour starts with a deep look into your eyes: How much alpine experience do you have? What is your current fitness level? The reason: If we underchallenge you, we won't use our time together efficiently. If, on the other hand, we overchallenge you, the achievement of the goal is at risk. 

As part of our digital check, you will be digitally cross-examined. With every answer from your IT, management and specialist departments, our picture of your company becomes "sharper". After a joint workshop, we will then present you with a recommended route for the next three to five years. The proposal for your individual goal can range from crossing a low mountain range to climbing a six-thousander. What is particularly important to us is that we tell you exactly what it will take: What skills your team needs, what equipment is essential.

The pro level: digitalization strategy consulting.

Depending on the complexity of your project, we recommend that you take a look at our strategy consulting. Okay, our questions will be even more probing, intensive and persistent. But your effort is worth it: you will receive a detailed analysis of your company's infrastructure, workplace, communication & collaboration, business application and governance. In several workshops, we work together to develop a topographically precise route for your goals. We plan base camps, acclimatization times and compile detailed packing lists for your expedition. A boot camp and intensive course in one for ambitious mountaineers!
