PASSION4IT helps mid-sized companies set up digital work, processes, and IT organisation in a way that is simpler, more effective, and future-proof. Our focus is on Business Efficiency, IT strategy consulting, Digital Check, Digital Work, AI consulting, amaiko, Academy, IT project management, Trusted Leader / IT management, and software selection.
Who does PASSION4IT work for?
Above all, for the Mittelstand. We support management, IT, and business units wherever digital topics need to be not just discussed but implemented properly: pragmatic, vendor-neutral, and with an eye on real-world impact.
What is the Digital Check?
The Digital Check is our assessment for companies that want to improve their digital foundation. We look at processes, data, collaboration, IT, and organisation, and derive a clear roadmap from it. With AI in particular, the rule holds: without a solid foundation, even the best tool achieves little.
What do you mean by Digital Work?
For us, Digital Work means modern collaboration, clear information flows, sensible tools, and a digital workplace that genuinely makes everyday work easier. That includes topics such as Microsoft 365, Teams, adoption, change, and digital collaboration.
Which AI services does PASSION4IT offer?
We support companies in getting started with AI in a meaningful way: with AI workshops, AI consulting, use-case development, governance, Microsoft 365 / Copilot guidance, and concrete implementation steps. Our aim is not hype but benefit in everyday work.
What is amaiko?
amaiko is our AI buddy for everyday work. Right inside Microsoft Teams, amaiko helps you make company knowledge usable, take over tasks, find information faster, and organise work in Microsoft 365 more effectively.
Is the AI Readiness Check a paid offering?
No. The AI Readiness Check is a free way to get an initial orientation. If a concrete need emerges from it, we discuss the right next step together – for example an AI workshop, a Digital Check, or a specific implementation.
Does PASSION4IT still offer cyber security or NIS2?
No. Cyber security and NIS2 are no longer part of the active PASSION4IT portfolio. If there is a need in this area, we are happy to refer you to one of our capable partners.
