Good work rarely happens alone.
We work with a network of partners, associations and specialists — whenever it serves the outcome.
PASSION4IT relies on collaborations where trust, quality and reliability line up. Not on random logos. But on real teamwork.
Network & Partners
Many partnerships sound good. Few actually deliver.
We don't want network rhetoric without substance. What matters is whether collaboration makes things better, faster and cleaner for the customer.

How we think about partners
How we think about partners.
We pick partners so they fit on substance, on a human level and on expertise. Only then does real impact emerge.
- Careful selection of technology partners
- Collaboration with associations and specialists
- Clear shared goals
- Complement, not cannibalise
- Focus on value for the Mittelstand

Venture AI Germany – Federal Association for AI Transformation
PASSION4IT is a member of the Bundesverband für KI-Transformation e.V. (Venture AI Germany) with both of its brands, PASSION4IT and amaiko. The Munich-based association curates vetted AI experts and solution providers for the German Mittelstand. Membership is backed by a qualification process that assesses professional competence, ethical standards, data protection and hands-on experience.
Together with the association we work on advancing AI transformation from the Mittelstand, for the Mittelstand. Inside that association model, PASSION4IT and amaiko are building the AI Cluster Niederbayern, which meets once a quarter at the RiverRoom in Viechtach. The first date is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

IU International University of Applied Sciences
As an official practice partner of IU International University of Applied Sciences, we combine academic education with real project work: dual-study students join real digitalisation projects at PASSION4IT from day one.

Frequently asked questions about our network
Do you work with specific technology partners?
Yes, when it serves the outcome. What matters is not the logo but the value it brings to our customers.
Are you looking for new partners?
Yes, when stance, quality and collaboration line up. We don't grow the network for its own sake — only when it serves a concrete result.
Are there fixed networks or associations?
Yes, in the German Mittelstand and regional space as well as in topical networks — see the logo grid above.
Which associations and networks is PASSION4IT a member of?
Eight, each with a different purpose. Mittelstand and region: BVMW – Federal Association of German Mittelstand, the IHK Lower Bavaria committee, and Pack ma's digital run by IHK Munich. Subject matter: the Federal Association for AI Transformation (Venture AI Germany) and Microsoft Partner. Alongside those, Weissman & Cie. for family businesses, IU International University of Applied Sciences for teaching and early-career work, and Planted for our woodland project at the Mühlriegel.
What is the AI Cluster Lower Bavaria, and who can take part?
A regional expert group within the Federal Association for AI Transformation, built jointly by PASSION4IT and amaiko. Companies, public sector organizations, technology partners and practitioners from the region are invited — from knowledge workers to managing directors, with municipal administrations explicitly included. Membership in the association is not required to attend.
AI Cluster Lower Bavaria launches in ViechtachWhere and how often does the AI Cluster Lower Bavaria meet?
Once a quarter at the RiverRoom, Am Regen 5, 94234 Viechtach. The programme covers tech talks by our developers and site engineers, use cases from live customer projects, and input from external speakers. The first meeting is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026; we will announce the date and topic through our news section, our newsletter and our social channels.
What makes an AI cluster different from a networking event?
Continuity and substance. A networking event is a single evening with a changing audience. The cluster is an expert group with a fixed venue, a fixed rhythm and a thread running across the meetings: permissions, data quality, governance, and whether staff can actually use the new tools productively. Chatbot demos and slides about the next revolution are not needed for that.
As a customer, what do I get from your membership in the Federal Association for AI Transformation?
Two things, both verifiable. First, admission is tied to a qualification process covering professional competence, ethical standards, data protection and hands-on experience — an external check rather than a self-declaration. Second, the association carries a professional exchange through which experience from other organizations flows back into our projects. What the membership is not: a certification of your AI solution, or a substitute for your own compliance work.
PASSION4IT and amaiko join Venture AI GermanyHow does a company become a member of the Federal Association for AI Transformation?
Through a qualification process before admission. It reviews professional competence, ethical standards, data protection and demonstrable hands-on experience. That is how our own admission ran in August 2026, assessed separately for each of our two brands. The binding criteria and the membership fees are published by the association itself.
Do I need to be an association member, or pay anything, to join the AI Cluster?
Attending the cluster meetings does not require association membership. Invitations run through us: register your interest and you go on the list for the first invitation, which states the terms for that particular meeting. For your own membership in the federal association, its own fee rules apply and are best requested there directly.
