Billing is per user, per year. Pricing: AI (incl. Yes. Every completed training comes with a certificate – issued per training, not per module. The AI course additionally includes the AI literacy certificate for your EU AI Act obligations (Art. 4 & 50), provided the completion criteria are met.

The academy relies on short, practical learning modules – ideal for the working day. The focus is on concrete use cases, checklists and hands-on exercises. The AI module covers all common AI tools without locking you into a single one.

The course content is standardised and not individually customisable. What counts is the quality and practical relevance of the content – not your company logo on the slide.

We process personal data only within the scope of the contractual agreements. Technical and organisational measures meet GDPR requirements; a data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed.

German by default. On request we evaluate content in additional languages. Support for administrators and learners is provided by email with defined service times – SLA options are available for larger customers.

It covers the training part. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 has required companies to foster their employees' AI literacy and to be able to prove it. The AI licence provides the content and a certificate for every completed training. What you need to record yourself is which employees work with AI. Keep that list together with the certificates.

There is no state-mandated AI certificate. The EU AI Act names neither an examining body nor a particular seal. What matters is that the training is documented, verifiable and matches the AI tools your company actually uses. A well-known logo on the certificate does not make the evidence any stronger.

With three documents. First, a list of who works with AI in your company and what training they need. Second, proof that the training took place, meaning course content and participation per person. Third, a fixed date on which you review the list and the training and refresh them where needed. The Academy progress tracking supplies participation per person. A certificate without the list is not enough as evidence.

The obligation remains, but it is easier to meet. Since Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 came into force on 27 July 2026, you no longer have to guarantee that every person reaches a particular level of knowledge. You have to take suitable measures, such as training, and be able to prove them.

At list price €5,900 a year, that is 100 licences of the AI module including the AI licence at €59 per user. With the Business Bundle including cyber security and digital work it comes to €9,900. Travel and downtime costs disappear because nobody leaves the business for a seminar day.

With short learning units per role that run alongside daily work. For the core part everyone completes, plan two to three hours per person, spread across several weeks. Every completed unit is recorded automatically, so the evidence builds up without extra effort.

For the AI licence that is 50 × EUR 59.00 = EUR 2,950.00 per year. To cover all three subject areas, the Business Bundle puts you at 50 × EUR 99.00 = EUR 4,950.00 per year instead of EUR 6,850.00 booked separately. Travel and downtime costs do not arise, because the trainings run 20 to 30 minutes at the workplace. No seminar day is needed.

EUR 59.00 per user per year for the AI module with the AI licence, regardless of company size. The price includes the assessment, a certificate for every completed training and the progress tracking for your records. The price is the same at any volume, and there is no minimum order quantity and no setup fee. Before doing the sums, check who in your company actually works with AI. Only those employees need a licence, not the whole workforce.

The EU AI Act does not prescribe a particular training format. Article 4 requires you to foster your employees' AI literacy and to be able to prove it. Training is the simplest way to do that, because it is easy to document. The AI licence is one way to meet this obligation, not a format required by law.

Only for the employees who use AI at work, such as a chat assistant or AI features in their business software. That is usually far fewer people than the whole workforce. You decide who is included. Licences are booked per user, there is no minimum quantity, and you can add more at any time.

Mainly the evidence. A free online course teaches content but does not show who in your company completed which course. The Academy provides a certificate for every completed training, per-user progress, a data processing agreement and German-language content with a named contact. If you only want to learn for yourself, a free course is fine. A company that has to prove its training will not get far with it.

The trainings are split into units of 20 to 30 minutes and completed at the workplace at your own pace. For the core part of the AI licence that everyone completes, two to three hours per person is realistic, spread over several weeks. Access runs 12 months from the activation date.
