What does the PASSION4IT Academy cost and how is it billed?
Billing is per user, per year. Pricing: AI (incl. AI literacy certificate for your EU AI Act obligations, Art. 4 & 50) EUR 59/user/year, Cyber Security EUR 39/user/year, Digital Work EUR 39/user/year. The Business Bundle (all three) is EUR 99/user/year (instead of EUR 137 when booked individually). Access is valid for 12 months from the activation date. Invoicing is annual, per booked user.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We recommend aligning the number of users with your actual needs. As a rule, there is no rigid minimum order quantity for mid-market companies – for very small volumes or special conditions we agree the terms individually.
How do onboarding and user management work?
We import your users (CSV) and configure course visibility. Onboarding includes a short kickoff – pragmatic and to the point so your learners can start fast.
How long do my employees have access to the content?
Every booked user has 12 months of access from the activation date. The contract automatically renews for another year unless cancelled at least four weeks before the end of the term, informally by email to service@passion4it.de.
Do participants receive certificates?
Yes. Every completed training comes with a certificate – issued per training, not per module. The AI course additionally includes the AI literacy certificate for your EU AI Act obligations (Art. 4 & 50), provided the completion criteria are met.
What content and learning formats are available?
The academy relies on short, practical learning modules – ideal for the working day. The focus is on concrete use cases, checklists and hands-on exercises. The AI module covers all common AI tools without locking you into a single one.
Can the courses be customised?
The course content is standardised and not individually customisable. What counts is the quality and practical relevance of the content – not your company logo on the slide.
What about data protection and GDPR?
We process personal data only within the scope of the contractual agreements. Technical and organisational measures meet GDPR requirements; a data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed.
In which languages are the courses available and how is support handled?
German by default. On request we evaluate content in additional languages. Support for administrators and learners is provided by email with defined service times – SLA options are available for larger customers.
Why is the Business Bundle worth it?
The Business Bundle ties AI, Cyber Security and Digital Work together for EUR 99 instead of EUR 137 per user/year. All three core areas in modular, practical trainings with individual certificates.
Does the AI licence satisfy the obligation under Article 4 of the EU AI Act?
It covers the training part. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 has required measures to foster AI literacy and evidence of them. The AI licence provides the role-specific content and a certificate per module; the mapping of which roles work with AI stays with you and belongs in the same record.
Which AI certificate for employees is recognised?
There is no legally mandated state AI certificate. The EU AI Act names neither an examining body nor a brand. Any record is recognised that is documented, verifiable and tailored to the actual use of AI. What counts is the link between what was taught and what is deployed, not the logo on the paper.
How do I evidence AI literacy to a supervisory authority?
With three parts: a mapping of which roles work with AI and what training they need, the delivered training with a content overview and a participation record per person, and a review date for updates. The Academy progress tracking supplies the second part; a certificate on its own is the weakest evidence.
What did the Digital Omnibus change about the training obligation?
Article 4 moved from a duty to guarantee to a duty to act. Under Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since 27 July 2026, no particular level of knowledge has to be guaranteed for individuals, but suitable measures must be taken and evidenced. The obligation therefore remains, and proving it has become more plannable.
What does AI training for 100 employees cost?
At list price €5,900 a year, that is 100 licences of the AI module including the AI licence at €59 per user. With the Business Bundle including cyber security and digital work it comes to €9,900. Travel and downtime costs disappear because nobody leaves the business for a seminar day. From larger volumes onwards we talk about terms.
How do I train 50 or more employees without classroom time?
Through role-specific learning paths in short units that run alongside daily work. Two to three hours per person for the shared part is enough, spread across several weeks. Every completed unit is recorded, so the documentation appears as a by-product rather than as a separate task.
If learning should be short, clear and effective, the academy is the right path.
