Based on a Digital Check, PASSION4IT and LEIPA jointly revised the existing IT strategy. The goal was to rethink the role of IT within the organization and find a way to bring IT and business closer together. In a follow-up project, the focus shifted to redesigning LEIPA’s existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Selecting the right software partner and optimizing processes were the key priorities.
