Best employers in Lower Bavaria: Employers with attitude

An evening for people who shape work - not just manage it

An evening with attitude

On October 22, 2025, the ballroom at Metten Monastery was the venue for a celebration of what makes companies in Lower Bavaria strong: people who take responsibility - for their teams, their region and their future.
The „Best employer in Lower Bavaria“ award“ recognizes organizations that see securing skilled workers, personnel development and employer branding not as a duty, but as a culture.
You can find more information about the initiative at www.beagny.de.

PASSION4IT was there - represented by Christian Kirsch and Katrin Kirsch, who enjoyed the evening together with guests from business, politics and the media.
Her conclusion: employer attractiveness is created where digitalization, attitude and humanity come together.
Because modern working environments are not created by tools, but by people who shape them in a meaningful way.

Agenda with vision

The evening began with a champagne reception in the foyer - Weizenberger's Ilzart Secco White as a prelude to encounters and exchanges.
After the welcome address by the initiators Dr. Susanne Günther and Prof. Dr. Tobias Nickel and landlord Abbot Athanasius Berggold was followed by the greeting from Hubert Aiwanger, Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister.
His topic: securing skilled workers and employer attractiveness in Lower Bavaria - a topic that could hardly be more topical.

Musical accents were set by Kathi Gruber, led through the evening Susanne Smolej-Wierl from Niederbayern TV.

Award in three categories

In three rounds, companies were honored for their achievements in the areas of Personnel development and Employer brand Set standards - broken down by company size (5-99, 100-249, 250-500 employees).
The award ceremonies showed that attractiveness is not created through benefits, but through attitude, communication and trust.

Afterwards, the get-together provided space for discussions between award winners, politicians, media and sponsors - a networking evening that shows how strongly Lower Bavaria stands together as an economic region.
Also Christian and Katrin Kirsch used the evening to exchange ideas with other company representatives - about the role of technology, culture and leadership in modern working environments.

For PASSION4IT employer attractiveness is not an HR issue, but a system issue.
Digital workplaces, clear communication and modern tools are key to attracting and retaining talent today.
With Amaiko.ai PASSION4IT supports companies in securing knowledge, strengthening collaboration and making leadership a digital experience.

Because empowering people to share their knowledge creates culture - and that is precisely what makes employers attractive.

The award „Best employers in Lower Bavaria“ has shown: Lower Bavaria has strong employers - and a shared vision.
Digitalization, securing skilled workers and corporate culture belong together.
PASSION4IT accompanies this journey - as a partner that combines technology with attitude.
And as a team that uses such evenings to listen, learn and take away ideas.
