Our KickOff in Regensburg was more than just the start of the year. It was a moment to take a deep breath, sort things out and refocus - as a team, as people and as a partner for our customers.
In a world where digitalization and AI pose new questions every day, we wanted to consciously shape the first day of the year differently: without show, without marketing pressure, without hectic to-dos. Instead, with honest conversations, clear priorities and plenty of room for what really matters to us - trust, responsibility and cooperation at eye level.
We looked at what was good in 2025. And we looked at where things were complicated or unnecessarily drained energy. Our common goal for 2026 is clear: to become simpler. To become clearer. And to fulfill the role for which our customers value us even more consistently - the calm, reliable partner, that provides orientation when things become technically and organizationally complex.
At the end of the day, we ended the evening in style at the Kreutzer Steakhouse in Regensburg - good food, good conversation, real closeness. Afterwards, we strolled through the old town together and let the day come to a quiet end. Without an agenda, without program points - simply as a team.
Regensburg was therefore the right place: close, focused and at the same time warm enough to create a real start to the year.
