AI is a hot topic everywhere - but what does that mean for you as a manager in the SME sector? With „AI in plain language“, you don't get buzzwords, but an honest, practical look at how you can use AI in your company so that it really helps you.
In this event, we will show you how to
- gain clarity about where AI makes sense in your everyday life as a manager
- set up your organization in such a way that AI is not an additional burden, but relieves it
- make decisions faster because information and knowledge are easier to use
- remain capable of acting with regard to regulation (e.g. EU AI Act)
You will experience concrete examples from SMEs, see how successful AI projects are structured and get a feel for which next steps make sense for your company - regardless of whether you are just starting out or already running your first AI experiments.
We present three building blocks that you can use right away:
- an AI strategy workshop for your company
- amaiko.ai - your personal AI buddy in Microsoft 365
- the PASSION4IT Academy AI driver's license for you and your team
In between and afterwards, there will be time for questions, discussions and networking in the RiverRoom. You will go home with more clarity, concrete ideas for your next steps and a realistic picture of what AI can - and cannot - do for you as a manager in the SME sector.
There are two slots on April 20, 2026 and the same topics will be covered in both sessions. It is therefore not necessary to attend both events.
