Digitalization has long since captured and changed the world of work. But how can companies successfully integrate their employees into digitalization and what impact does the digital transformation have on the workforce? These questions were the focus of the "Digital Summit - Employees at the heart of digitalization" event at the RiverRoom on 24 May 2023.
The evening will start with a welcome from Christian Kirsch, Managing Director of PASSION4IT. Under the title "Digitalization & labour shortage: Is this just the tip of the iceberg?", he will also provide exciting insights into the digital transformation and its impact on companies. His presentation is the perfect introduction to the themed evening.
Niklas Volland, CEO of Bytabo, will then give a keynote speech entitled "Smart communication in the digital age that involves all employees". He will show how digitalization is changing communication in companies and how all employees can be successfully involved. This is an important topic, as a successful digital transformation is only possible with the committed cooperation of the workforce.
Tobias Bals, owner of Pixeltypen, will round off the themed evening. In his keynote speech "New Work - a history from 1984 to today", he will take participants on an exciting journey through the history of the world of work and highlight the challenges posed by digital transformation. He presents innovative approaches to overcoming these challenges and provides important impulses for companies.
Following the keynote speeches, thanks to our hybrid equipment in the RiverRoom, all those present on site as well as participants who were connected online had the opportunity to ask questions and take part in discussions.
The event "Digital Summit - Employees at the heart of digitalization" offered a great opportunity to learn about important topics of digital transformation and the impact on the workforce.
