Software for specialist departments, such as ERP, CRM or CAD, should be harmonized with the needs of your employees. Regardless of the platform you choose, we recommend that you always draw up an adoption plan in a pilot group for the introduction.
Make the "why" of the introduction clear to yourself and the future users and stay in close contact with everyone involved.
