The employees of PASSION4IT GmbH visited the St. Johann hop processing plant and gained exciting insights into the various hop processing steps, from drying to quality control. The combination of traditional craftsmanship and innovative technology was particularly impressive. PASSION4IT GmbH has been working together with Hopfenveredelung St. Johann for over three years on a digitalization project to digitalize the entire plant. The visit allowed the new employees to experience first-hand which digital solutions are implemented directly at the customer's site.
The Digital Summit - Alm Edition on February 19, 2025 in the Sechziger Alm of TSV 1860 Munich was a complete success. Participants enjoyed a Weißwurst breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by inspiring talks on AI, cyber security, digital work and IT management. Experts from PASSION4IT, pixeltypen_ and TSV 1860 Munich shared their experiences and provided valuable insights into current trends. The event provided an ideal opportunity for networking and knowledge sharing before it ended in the afternoon with lots of new ideas.
At PASSION4IT's LEGO® Serious Play® workshop with ABF Synergie, employees and managers from various departments came together at the seminar location "Das Wohnzimmer" in Fürth to develop joint solutions for a large company project. The workshop promoted understanding between the departments and showed how creative collaboration leads to innovative solutions.
At the ERP KickOff at BarthHaas in Reichertshausen, PASSION4IT and Allgeier inovar presented the process and success factors of the ERP implementation. A LEGO Serious Play workshop helped to visualize objectives and challenges. The day was rounded off with a joint dinner and campfire, which strengthened the team spirit. The project promises an exciting and successful implementation.

Last weekend, we were lucky enough to get away from it all and enjoy the impressive winter and ski region of Dienten am Hochkönig. We took some well-deserved time out at the Übergossenen Alm Resort to start the new year at full throttle and with passion.
At the Team Summit 2024, we used LEGO® Serious Play® to reflect on the year, celebrate successes and develop new ideas. A hearty veal sausage breakfast and our traditional Secret Santa party rounded off the day. Creative, inspiring and full of team spirit - a successful end to the year!
