PASSION4IT GmbH announces that the previous security manager Florian Laumer the entire cyber security area as part of a Management buy-outs (MBO) takes over. With effect from February 01, 2026 the business will be transferred to the newly founded Leading Secure GmbH transferred.
With this step, PASSION4IT is strengthening its focus on digitalization, AI-supported knowledge work (amaiko.ai) and modern IT architectures, while Leading Secure GmbH acts as a specialized security partner for existing and new customers.

The MBO is the logical next step - for PASSION4IT, for Florian and for our customers, says Christian Kirsch, Managing Director of PASSION4IT GmbH.
Leading Secure GmbH will take over operational services in the areas of:
- IT and cloud security
- Microsoft 365 security and Zero Trust architectures
- Security audits, penetration tests and security concepts
- NIS2 and ISO27001 consulting
- Awareness training and technical prevention measures
Florian Laumer, founder and managing director of Leading Secure GmbH, added:
