Review of the landly.tour 2024: An inspiring experience for digitalization and mindset
The landly.tour 2024 took us through the Bavarian Forest from October 15 to 17 and offered us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in innovative topics relating to digital transformation and mindset together with other participants. Our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® session and the keynote on "Digital Mindset" provided inspiring insights and valuable impetus.
Insights into creative processes with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
After visiting the Anleitner experience distillery, we started a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® session while we were on our way to the Frey fashion experience house. Within 20 minutes, the participants were able to visualize their ideas and thoughts. The method quickly created a creative and open atmosphere in which the participants could exchange ideas and inspire each other.
Keynote at the Blaibach Concert Hall: Digital mindset for companies
Another highlight was our keynote speech on the topic of "Digital Mindset" in the modern Blaibach concert hall. Here, we addressed the importance of a flexible and open mindset for digital transformation. Our practical examples and strategic approaches were met with great interest, and the audience was able to take away valuable impetus and new ideas.

- Anleitner experience distilleryThe tour started with a visit to the distillery, which offered exciting insights into traditional craftsmanship and creative processes. The combination of innovation and tradition was the perfect start.
- Frey Fashion Experience House ChamThe tour continued to the Frey fashion experience house in Cham, where we learned how modern technologies and traditional craftsmanship are shaping the world of fashion. Lunch at "freys" provided an opportunity for further discussions and networking.
- Maurer Manufaktur and SewingPark Live StoreWe went on to visit the Maurer Manufaktur and the new NähPark store in Cham, which impressively demonstrated how deeply digitalization has penetrated the skilled trades and what versatile applications modern technologies make possible.
Evening get-together and exchange
The evenings provided an opportunity to review the experience together and develop new ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. A special highlight was the dinner at "STOI by Lucki Maurer", which was not only a culinary delight, but also offered the opportunity for inspiring discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.

landly.tour 2024 offered an ideal mix of creative sessions, inspiring presentations and impressive insights into innovative companies. The many impulses and ideas that we and the other participants were able to take away with us will enrich and further advance the digital transformation in numerous projects.
