Review: Team Summit 2024 - team spirit, creativity, Christmas flair & a hearty veal sausage
Yesterday we celebrated the Team Summit 2024 together - a day full of highlights, team spirit and inspiration!
Thanks to LEGO® Serious Play® we were able to review the past year once again. Using creative models, we not only made our successes visible, but also tangible. The workshop was a great opportunity to develop new ideas together, strengthen team spirit and set the course for a successful new year. A big thank you to Florian Obermeierwho guided us through the creative process with his usual professionalism and flair!
We started with a fantastic Weißwurst breakfast - A big thank you to Jenny Reitmeier for this perfect refreshment in the morning. It was the ideal start to a productive yet relaxed day.
In the evening we started with our traditional Secret Santa party found a magical conclusion. We laughed, chatted and ended the day together in a festive atmosphere.
