From sporadic use to digital collaboration: how M365 creates real added value
How we helped Klotzki Maschinenbau stabilize its IT structure and unleash the potential of Microsoft 365 and CRM

Starting point: Potential recognized but unused
In May 2022, the collaboration between PASSION4IT and Klotzki mechanical engineering - not as a classic project, but as a Individual support on the way to a modern, digital way of working.
In a personal conversation with Arif Demirci, Managing Director of Klotzki Maschinenbau, it became clear that the existing Microsoft 365 license was hardly being used and the IT structure was functional but not future-proof.
A joint decision was made to address the Digital Work strategically - with the aim of harmonizing technology and work culture.
Phase 1: Creating stability and laying the foundations
Between May and July 2022 the first phase concentrated on two main areas:
- IT strategy: How can the existing infrastructure be stabilized and made fit for the future?
- Digital Work & M365: Which tools are available, which are suitable for everyday working life - and how can they be introduced sensibly?
As part of the Digital Work Project Together, we worked out which Microsoft 365 functions and applications offer the greatest benefits.
This was followed by a practical M365 training, which enabled employees to use the tools safely and efficiently in their day-to-day work.
The result: noticeably more structure, transparency and collaboration in the digital space.
Phase 2: Expansion and CRM perspective
2025 The collaboration was continued with the aim of intensifying the use of M365 and tapping into new potential.
In addition to extended applications, the topic of CRM consulting into focus:
How can a CRM solution be sensibly integrated into the existing IT strategy?
What are the advantages for sales, service and internal processes?
Together with Arif Demirci and his team evaluated the benefits, requirements and integration options - as the basis for a well-founded decision.
This resulted in a clear roadmap that takes equal account of technology, processes and people.
Digital collaboration with substance
The collaboration was characterized by open communication, clear goal orientation and visible progress.
Today, Klotzki Maschinenbau has a stable IT base, a practiced M365 culture and a clear understanding of how CRM can support the next stage of development.
No further steps are currently planned - but the foundations for a modern, networked working environment have been laid for the long term.
Digital collaboration is not created by tools, but by attitude.
