Together with PASSION4IT, BarthHaas planned the introduction of new, digital HR processes based on SAP SuccessFactors for complete process management in the HR area: from recruiting to performance & goals, everything was to be comprehensively covered and rounded off with a digital personnel file.
"We wanted to be able to focus more on interpersonal relationships again," says Laura Himmler, HR Officer at BarthHaas and therefore responsible for personnel development, employer branding and recruiting. The software was to become the heart of the company with transparent access for every employee.
