The digital finance project marked the beginning of the world hop market leader's digitalization journey, which has been ongoing since 2019. The increasing volume of business travel by employees and the enormous amount of paperwork required digital and automated solutions that not only increase process transparency but also reduce the potential for errors. The digitalization of the invoice receipt process and travel expense processing was therefore a necessary and logical consequence.

In the joint project, we were able to optimize both areas and achieve our goals.
