How PASSION4IT supported an ERP selection project from readiness to a well-founded decision

At the start of the project on July 1, 2024, our customer was certain: a new ERP system was needed. But instead of plunging headlong into the market, the basis for a well-founded decision was first laid together with PASSION4IT - structured, efficient and with the entire project team on board.

Our services at a glance:

• ERP readiness training: In July 2024, all project participants were brought up to the same level of knowledge. This meant that subsequent decisions could be made faster and better.

• Process analysis & documentationIn close cooperation, we analyzed and documented the company's core processes (July & August).

• Screenplay & production designIn September, a detailed script including a set design was drawn up - the perfect basis for transparent vendor presentations.

• ShortlistingBased on the defined requirements, a shortlist of a maximum of three providers was drawn up (September).

• Demo organization & coordinationIn November, structured demo appointments were held with the remaining providers - optimally prepared and coordinated by PASSION4IT.

• Offer comparison & decision templateIn December, we accompanied the bid comparison and made a well-founded recommendation for action.

The result: the shareholders and managing directors were able to select the right provider based on a solid decision-making basis - transparent, comprehensible and future-proof.
