We, a small, medium-sized retail company from Swabia, are only at the beginning of digitalization. I quickly realized that this topic is complex and that all measures build on each other. In Passion4IT, we have found a great partner for developing these steps and the cross-company strategy.

PASSION4IT is not just about simple software implementations. The digital check analyzes the company and its digital landscape. The team then determines the right approach for the company. After the successful introduction of MS Teams and the great training for our employees, I can say that PASSION4IT is not just about explaining how a software solution works, but that the focus is primarily on people and their individual needs. In this way, all employees are taken on board and have the desire to immerse themselves in the new digital world in order to learn new ways of communicating.
