On Friday, March 25, 2022, Regen's District Administrator Rita Röhrl and Member of Parliament Max Gibis visited our office in Viechtach together with Judith Weinberger-Singh (Head of District Development) and Patrick Zens (Office Manager MdL Max Gibis). The perfect opportunity for an exchange on the topic of digitalization.
After arriving in Viechtach, our guests were given a brief tour of the office and an insight into the PASSION4IT philosophy and working methods by Managing Director Christian Kirsch.
This was followed by a lively exchange on a variety of topics in the field of digitalization. These included current digital challenges, changing business models - in particular the hybrid working model, the necessary work-life dynamics and the associated changes in people's needs.
We were very happy about the visit and the exciting exchange!
