For many mountaineers, the prospect of reaching the summit triggers a high-altitude rush that makes them forget the elementary requirements for a successful ascent: Can - and do - all members of your rope team really want to handle the new equipment? Is the equipment sufficient or have you massively overloaded your rucksack? Do you really understand the language of your Sherpas? Unfortunately, the realization that something is wrong usually only comes in the middle of the mountain. 

Not a harmless situation: If the introduction of ERP systems, CRM & marketing automation solutions, HR solutions or digital file and process solutions (personnel files, contract management, document management / ECM) comes to a standstill, the entire company is slowed down. If you're smart, call the mountain rescue service in good time: we'll send an experienced mountain guide to you on the wall so that the rescue helicopter doesn't even need to ascend.
