If the Digital Check has awakened your ambition, we will be happy to accompany you into areas where the air can become thinner. This requires a digitalization strategy. As experienced mountain guides, we first challenge you with a performance test covering infrastructure, workplace, communication & collaboration, business application and governance. We then plan the route and equipment for your goals in several workshops. We pay particular attention to your team: more than two thirds of the content focuses on organization and processes, only one third on the technology used.
