What exactly is the Digital Check?
The Digital Check is a digital assessment for your company. It looks at various areas such as infrastructure, collaboration, application and governance. In comparison with best practice and our experience, we work with you to develop a roadmap and further procedure for your individual digitalization path.
What concrete results will I get in the end?
A detailed documentation of the results including a proposal for a roadmap or the next steps for your company.
What does the Digital Check cost?
The Digital Check has a fixed price of €3,950.
How does the Digital Check work?
You will receive two questionnaires from us. One for IT/management and one for the specialist departments. The aim is to get a picture of the opinions and status of IT and management as well as the „digitization thoughts“ of your departments.
How long does the whole process take?
After an initial vote, the questionnaires will be made available to you. You should take about 1 hour to complete the questionnaires. The questionnaires will then be evaluated by us and the results will be presented. In between, questions and smaller votes are usually necessary. From experience, a digital check takes between 4-6 weeks.
Do I or my team need to prepare?
No preparations are necessary on your part.
Is the check mandatory for implementation at PASSION4IT?
No, we give you recommendations and a direction. Whether and how you go about it is up to you. Of course, we are happy to support you with certain topics.
How is our data and internal information handled?
The results and answers are only available from P4IT and from you.
Is the check manufacturer- and software-independent?
Yes, we are fundamentally neutral and want the best solution for the customer. Of course, we can provide you with recommendations or tips based on our experience.
How can I continue to work with you after the check?
Depending on the results and next steps, there are various options for continuing to work with us. This can be project management, support with software selection, consulting/training for process optimization, e.g. with M365, cyber security topics or we can accompany you on the topic of AI.
