Last Thursday we had a very special company outing. Our hike to the Schönblick Hohenbogen was not only a great experience for us as a team, but also a fitting metaphor for our work as "digital mountain guides". The path to the "summit" of Schönblick Hohenbogen is similar to the path we take with our customers in the digital world. It's not always easy, there are obstacles and sometimes the path can be rocky, steep and sweaty. But just like on our hike, we accompany our customers step by step, provide support in the event of difficulties and help them find the best route. And at the end, there is always the indescribable feeling of having made it and enjoying the amazing view - whether at the top of a mountain or after the implementation of a successful digital project.
The excursion began in the office in the early afternoon. The anticipation of the joint excursion was palpable. Once we were all together, we made our way to the hiking parking lot. From there, we continued on foot to Schönblick-Hohenbogen. On the way, we enjoyed the views and the fresh air.
Once we reached the top, we were rewarded with a magnificent mountain panorama. The location at Schönblick-Hohenbogen was the perfect place for our get-together. Over various culinary delicacies, we had lively conversations in a relaxed atmosphere and the evening flew by. Some of us enjoyed the sunset and took photos of the fantastic view.
After a sumptuous dinner and many more fun times together, we retired to our rooms. The quiet of the night provided the perfect opportunity to reflect on the day and prepare for the return journey the next morning.
After a hearty breakfast, which provided us with the energy we needed for the day, we set off again. We finally reached our starting point, the hiking parking lot, and headed back to the office together. Exhausted but happy, we returned to our everyday lives invigorated and inspired, enriched by the shared experiences and memories of our wonderful company outing.
Our company outing to Schönblick Hohenbogen was a complete success. We couldn't have chosen a better location for our hike. The atmosphere was exuberant and relaxing despite the physical exertion. We can recommend a company hike to anyone who has not yet had the pleasure of going on one. It promotes team spirit and gives your health the kick it needs. We are already looking forward to the next one!
