The rapid growth of Hargassner Ges mbH brought with it many challenges. The demands on the specialist departments increased and a service-oriented set-up of the IT department was required.
The company saw a need for action and developed a new IT strategy together with PASSION4IT at the beginning of 2021. In addition to the introduction of Digital Work based on Microsoft365, this included the IT service management organization. The aim was to achieve barrier-free collaboration, both internally and externally.
The project was a complete success. Our case study provides an insight into the exciting project.
