The IT cosmos is now developing so rapidly in its complexity that it has become almost impossible for individuals to maintain an overview. We therefore rely on the know-how of a team of experts who keep an eye on every new release and every new provider in their field. In our role as digital mountain guides, different specialists take the lead if necessary so that you can achieve your goals as efficiently as possible!
Because they openly tell you what they think. For example, that you are not yet mature enough for a certain mountain and would be better off tackling a smaller peak first.
Your principles. Your values. Your attitude towards the environment and partners. Because they see themselves as part of a greater whole in which great goals can only be achieved together.
They want to get your entire team to the summit in one piece. That's why they weigh up decisions carefully in the interests of the entire rope team.
Whether it's a change in the weather or a sudden landslide: decisions often have to be made quickly and in consultation with the whole rope team. A backpack filled with tools and experience helps immensely.
But always with caution and respect, because the success of the whole expedition can depend on it. The latest technologies? Absolutely - but only if they are sufficiently tried and tested. Shortcuts? Always - if the new route has already been tested by us.
Most mistakes are made at the summit of success. That is why safety measures are not only important when climbing, but also to be able to enjoy what you have achieved in the long term.

PASSION4IT GmbH is systematically continuing its commitment to the environment: together with Planted and Hula Earth, a 5,000 m² forest plot on the Mühlriegel in Arnbruck has been leased. The aim is to restore it to a natural forest development area over 20 years. Biodiversity is monitored using sensors - a sustainable project based on conviction and deeply rooted in the local area.
Last weekend, we were lucky enough to get away from it all and enjoy the impressive winter and ski region of Dienten am Hochkönig. We took some well-deserved time out at the Übergossenen Alm Resort to start the new year at full throttle and with passion.
At the Team Summit 2024, we used LEGO® Serious Play® to reflect on the year, celebrate successes and develop new ideas. A hearty veal sausage breakfast and our traditional Secret Santa party rounded off the day. Creative, inspiring and full of team spirit - a successful end to the year!
