The Digital Finance project marked the starting point of the global hop market leader’s digitalization journey, which has been ongoing since 2019. The increasing volume of business travel and the enormous flood of paper documents called for digital, automated solutions — not only to increase process transparency but also to reduce the potential for errors. Digitizing the invoice receipt process and travel expense management was therefore a necessary and logical step.

In our joint project, we were able to optimize both areas and achieve our goals.
