Hargassner Ges mbH’s rapid growth brought a number of challenges. Demands on the business units grew, and a service-oriented setup of the IT department became necessary.
The company recognized the need for action and, together with PASSION4IT, developed a new IT strategy in early 2021. In addition to rolling out Digital Work based on Microsoft 365, this included an IT service management organization. The goal was seamless collaboration, both internally and externally.
