IT|MEDIA GmbH is a housing, hosting, and web service provider based in Ingolstadt. The company was established in 2009 as a spin-off from the IT department of a daily newspaper publisher and has since evolved into an independent IT company.

From the very beginning (back then still operating under the name aligia GmbH), IT|MEDIA placed great importance on state-of-the-art, secure equipment and processes. To externally validate these standards through ISO 27001 certification and strengthen trust among existing and prospective clients, the data center engaged PASSION4IT for consulting and planning the certification process, and the BFMT Group for the audit.
