We are a small mid-sized trading company from the Swabian region, and we were just at the beginning of our digitalization journey. After the successful introduction of MS Teams and the well-designed training for our employees, I can say that PASSION4IT is not just about explaining how software works — it is first and foremost about the people and their individual needs. This way, all employees are brought along and are genuinely excited to explore the new digital world and learn new ways of communicating.
