PASSION4IT is the digital consultancy for mid-sized businesses in the Bavarian Forest and across the DACH region. We help companies become more modern, more secure and better able to work — with clear structure, pragmatic delivery and a genuine commitment to quality. Our focus is Digital Work, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, security and AI. We work directly with managing directors, IT leaders and customer teams.What you'll do
- You advise on and technically implement Modern Workplace topics — with a focus on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID.
- You plan and operate Entra ID structures: Conditional Access, Hybrid Join, MFA, Privileged Identity Management and Identity Governance.
- You configure and manage Intune environments for Windows, iOS and Android — device configuration, compliance policies, app deployment, Autopilot.
- You support security and infrastructure projects as a technical consultant: Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Sentinel basics, information protection and DLP.
- You lead IT projects end to end — from analysis through implementation to a clean go-live.
- You bring AI into customer projects — using amaiko.ai, Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform.
- You run technical workshops and enablement formats around M365, Digital Work, security and AI readiness.
- You are the technical interface between the customer and the PASSION4IT team — making sure topics are not just planned but actually delivered.
- You translate complex requirements into workable technical solutions, working closely with customers throughout.
Your profile
We hire people, not skills.- You have deep, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 — not just surface-level, but really in the trenches.
- You know Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Defender and modern workplace architecture from day-to-day project work.
- You know how to build, run and document MDM environments — Autopilot, compliance policies, app management.
- You have solid knowledge of IT security and governance: Conditional Access, MFA, information protection, DLP — and ideally a first exposure to ISMS or ISO 27001.
- You bring project experience with mid-sized companies and know how to work confidently with a range of stakeholders.
- You are AI-curious and use modern tools in your own workflow.
- You work solution-oriented, structured and reliably.
- You are not a pure strategy consultant — you also implement.
- You can explain complex technical topics clearly without making them needlessly complicated.
