Your responsibilities

You take on an operational role in outbound sales & marketing and support our team in winning new mid-market customers and expanding existing relationships. The focus is on active outreach, clean follow-up and smooth handover to consulting.

Day to day that means:
  • You actively reach out to potential new customers across DACH.
  • You identify decision-makers in mid-sized companies and approach them in a structured first contact.
  • You support the development and execution of outbound campaigns.
  • You keep contacts and leads tidy in HubSpot and stay on top of the sales process.
  • You spot opportunities for follow-up conversations, upselling and the expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • You work closely with consulting and management and make sure good contacts turn into real conversations.
You communicate our topics clearly and to the point — no sales fog, but with conviction.
Our portfolio includes digital consulting services, Microsoft topics and amaiko as our AI platform for mid-market companies. amaiko is part of the offering, but not the sole focus of this role.

Your profile

The basic rule: we are hiring people, not skills.

That said, here's what we'd be glad to see:
  • You have experience in B2B sales, outbound or sales-driven marketing.
  • You know how to deal with mid-sized companies and understand how decision-makers think.
  • You communicate clearly, stay on the ball and don't lose your composure when there's headwind.
  • You work in a structured, reliable way with a CRM system — ideally HubSpot.
  • You enjoy direct customer contact and want to actively move things forward.
  • You fit a young, motivated team with drive, where you can shape a lot.
  • You're not looking for a corporate environment, but for responsibility, pace and real proximity to the business.
