We don't use AWS. We run our own Kubernetes clusters, deploy via GitOps, and our five-person team ships faster than companies with ten times as many people.amaiko builds AI that lives directly inside Microsoft Teams — no extra tool, no extra login. We are a growing SaaS company from Bavaria and our platform covers everything: from natural language to document generation to Microsoft 365 integration. All multi-tenant, all on infrastructure we built and operate ourselves.
We're looking for a Senior SRE who owns this infrastructure end to end.
What's waiting for you
- Run and evolve our Kubernetes infrastructure — clusters, networking, storage, ingress, certificates. The platform our product runs on is yours.
- Own the deployment pipeline — everything runs via GitOps. A new tenant is a Git commit. A deployment is a merge to main. You keep it that way — and make it better.
- Build Infrastructure as Code — provisioning, scaling, recovery. Reproducible, versioned, no snowflakes.
- Scale our multi-tenant architecture — every customer gets isolated compute, storage and networking. You make this work for ten tenants and for a thousand.
- Make observability useful — traces, logs, alerts. No dashboard nobody opens. Monitoring that tells you something is off before the customer notices.
- Own incidents and on-call — for a system you helped design. Root cause analysis, postmortems, sustainable fixes instead of band-aids.
- Security and compliance — GDPR, backup strategies, secret management, patching. No theatre — the real work.
Your profile
- Multiple years of experience with Kubernetes in production — real incidents, not just certificates.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) as a first language.
- Networking fundamentals that stick — DNS, TLS, ingress, firewalls. You analyse rather than google.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting that actually works.
- Security mindset — no compliance checklists, but a real sense of attack surface and risk.
- Routine with CI/CD pipelines and container workflows.
- German and English — our team and our documentation are bilingual.
- Experience with European cloud providers.
- GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Flux or comparable).
- Contributions to open-source infrastructure projects.
