What started as a seminar evolved into a workshop where process weaknesses were analyzed and improvement proposals were developed. As a next step, we will leverage PASSION4IT’s IT expertise to simplify and accelerate our optimized project management process — along with the necessary communication and documentation — using Microsoft 365.
