PASSION4IT supports our group of companies around NZYM Deutschland GmbH in the structured development of our IT, ERP, and CRM landscape. The group includes, among others, Dr. Niedermaier Pharma, Dr. Niedermaier Pharma Switzerland, SinoPlaSan, Berlin Organics, vitafill, and SanumTec. The collaboration is defined by strategic consulting, hands-on project leadership, clear structuring, and close involvement of our departments.

ERP Project at Dr. Niedermaier Pharma Switzerland

A key focus of the collaboration was our ERP project at Dr. Niedermaier Pharma Switzerland. PASSION4IT reviewed the existing initiative together with us, restructured it, and took over project leadership. The focus was on introducing and further developing Microsoft Business Central, coordinating the departments involved, and aligning with external implementation partners. In addition, the CRM rollout was supported and embedded in an overarching optimization process.

ERP Rollout at vitafill

At vitafill, PASSION4IT continues to support the introduction of an ERP system with a focus on core business processes such as purchasing, sales, warehousing, logistics, finance, production, and quality management. Beyond the technical and organizational project leadership, PASSION4IT also supports us with project controlling, change management topics, and the structured involvement of our key users.

Optimizing Existing IT Structures

In addition, PASSION4IT supports our group in optimizing existing IT structures. This includes reviewing licenses, systems, and IT services, examining existing IT partner structures, and advising on a range of IT topics in day-to-day operations.

A Regular Optimization Process for ERP and CRM

A particular focus lies on establishing a regular optimization process for ERP and CRM. Requirements, tickets, and improvement opportunities are captured, assessed, prioritized, and moved into implementation together with our key users.
