More than the world’s largest processing plant for hop pellets — that is Hopfenveredlung St. Johann (HV).

The company analyzes, processes and exports hops from the world’s most important growing regions to over 120 countries. But that is not all: based on an IT strategy consultation, a complete restructuring of the IT department was planned and implemented. The entire IT infrastructure and workplace operations were outsourced to an external IT service provider due to a lack of internal staffing resources. In parallel, Microsoft 365 was introduced as the central collaboration and communication platform.
