We were looking for a partner who could support us in our growth from a three-man company to 20 and later perhaps 50 employees. First of all, the Excel lists had to make way for a new CRM. PASSION4IT accompanied us through the entire selection process up to the negotiation of the CRM licenses. I would particularly like to emphasize the closeness and the eye level with which PASSION4IT advised us, rather "helped" us. We were never forced into a mold, but were always given very individual support along our value chain. Our special features were of course taken into account where they were important and essential. Everything else, however, were simply not special features but just (firmly) established habits. Thank you for these tips to the left and right of the CRM.
