- How well your systems talk to each other and how many isolated solutions and manual handovers still sit in between.

- Which programmes are actually in use. Including the ones running alongside the official list because they get the job done.
- Processes and measurable effect
- Whether your processes have been systematically reviewed for digitalisation potential and whether past measures produced anything measurable.
- Plans for the next twelve months
- What you actually have on the roadmap. That is the clearest signal for whether an assessment is worth it right now.

Is the quick check really free?
Yes. There is no paid tier, no gated section and no upsell at the end. We offer it because a first conversation with an assessment on the table runs considerably better than one without.
How long does it actually take?
About five minutes. Ten multiple-choice questions plus your contact details. The questions are built for an estimate from memory, so there is nothing to look up.
Why do you need my phone number and company?
Because otherwise your result cannot be put in context. The same maturity level means something different in a 30-person business than in a manufacturer with 600 people. The details go into our CRM, the specifics are in the privacy policy.

The Digital Check is a guided engagement over two to four weeks, assesses digital maturity across five dimensions and ends with a prioritised roadmap. It costs €3,950 as a fixed price plus travel costs for on-site appointments and is eligible for the German BAFA grant.

Freelancers and very small teams. The questions assume several departments, systems that have grown over time, and someone accountable for IT. Below roughly 20 employees the classification says little.
What do I actually get at the end?
A stated score, your company’s classification in each of the six dimensions, and one first step per dimension that is doable without a project. The evaluation appears in the browser immediately after submitting and can be printed. It stays yours even if no conversation ever comes of it.
Which six dimensions are assessed?
Level of digitalisation, strategic anchoring, culture, system integration, responsibilities and tool usage. This split is why an overall figure alone says little: companies with the same score regularly have their weakness in completely different dimensions, and that is what determines the next sensible step.
How does the check differ from the free AI compliance compass of the Bundesnetzagentur?
The compass answers a legal question: whether a specific AI system falls under the AI Regulation and which risk category it belongs to. It says nothing about the state of play in your company, the tools in use, responsibilities or the next step. Our check assesses the company, not the legal position. The two tools do not contradict each other, they answer different questions, and anyone facing an AI rollout needs both answers.

Yes, and it is worth it. Management, IT ownership and a department frequently arrive at different classifications on the same questions. That divergence is the most useful insight, because it shows where the picture of the situation differs inside the house.
What do I do with the result if I do not want a conversation?
Print it and take it into your next leadership meeting. The classification per dimension and the first step for it are written to be readable and actionable without us. We tie the evaluation to no obligation.
