Your responsibilities

AI & amaiko (70%)

  • You support amaiko customers during onboarding, answer questions and help with troubleshooting.
  • You test new features, give structured feedback and document your results.
  • You create user guides, FAQs and training materials for our customers.
  • You contribute to the PASSION4IT Academy: course content on AI topics, learn nuggets and quality assurance (platform: TalentLMS).
  • You research AI use cases for mid-market customers and prepare workshops.
  • You configure and test prototypes in Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Teams integrations, Copilot) — with guidance.

Marketing (30%)

  • You write blog posts, case studies and whitepaper teasers for PASSION4IT and amaiko.
  • You concept and produce social media posts (LinkedIn, X, optionally Instagram).
  • You support digital campaigns (email, social ads, landing pages) and keep the content calendar tidy.
  • You report KPIs: reach, engagement, performance.

Your profile

  • You're curious and genuinely interested in AI and digital topics — prior knowledge is not a must.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in German; English is a plus.
  • You work in a structured, independent and proactive way.
  • First touch points with Microsoft 365 / Teams, content marketing or social media are an advantage.
  • Canva or PowerPoint for simple graphics — nice if you can do it.
  • You really want to learn and take on responsibility.

  • Degree programme: BWL Digital Business (B.A.) — dual studies
  • Working time: 3 days/week at the company (~20 hours), 2 days at university
  • Compensation: increasing per semester, €1,000–€1,200 gross per month
  • Tuition fees: fully covered by PASSION4IT
  • Equipment: current notebook, Microsoft 365 incl. amaiko
